Abstract
The article presents information about the legal acts to create a legal framework and a system of interaction between ministries and agencies in the field of tobacco control, about the implementation of the monitoring activities of the law. In Krasnoyarsk was organized system of care and treatment of tobacco dependence in 44 health facilities, of which 2 - specialized offices of health care for smoking cessation. Over the last 5 years in the Krasnoyarsk State Medical University were trained 90 doctors in the training cycle “Assistance in quitting smoking”, and in2013-2014 year It was a pilot project in the regional hospital for the treatment of tobacco dependence in patients with cardiac and pulmonary profiles. 17 medical and economic standards on profiles “cardiology” and “рulmonology” were developed and approved, which include drugs for the treatment of tobacco dependence. However, civil society activity against violators of the law remains low. The proportion of smokers in general in recent years has not diminished over the edge, and in 2015 - increased by smoking women. In this regard, our future efforts to fight tobacco are aimed at involving young people in the ranks of volunteers, opponents of smoking and increased outreach activities aimed at the female population.
