Abstract
This review summarizes and analyzes data from both national and international publications regarding the capabilities of imaging techniques in diagnosing interstitial pneumonias, including cases induced by vaping-related substances. The described clinical and radiological patterns — ranging from organizing pneumonia to diffuse alveolar hemorrhage — are considered phenotypic manifestations of a common inhalation-induced injury mechanism. The review emphasizes the diagnostic value of computed tomography as a key imaging modality for early and differential detection of these conditions.
